By accessing or using Genorbex (the “Platform”), including AI Code Builder and our cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Platform Services

Genorbex provides AI-assisted development tooling and managed cloud services that help you build, test, and deploy modern applications.

• AI Code Builder for generating and iterating on full-stack apps
• Live preview and diagnostics workflows to validate builds and surface errors
• Project-scoped data access via APIs and database proxy services
• Cloud services including storage, compute, and identity/team access controls
• Export options to continue development locally (ZIP/Git) with your IDE and tools

User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Projects, Code, and Content

When you use Genorbex, you may create or upload prompts, code, configurations, files, and other content (“Content”). You are responsible for your Content and for how you use the Platform.

• You must have the rights to use any Content you upload or provide to the Platform
• You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating generated code before using it in production
• You are responsible for compliance obligations applicable to your apps, data, and users
• You may not use the Platform to process or store sensitive data unless you have enabled appropriate safeguards

AI Features

The Platform includes AI-powered features that may generate code, text, or other outputs. AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsafe. You are responsible for how you use AI output.

• Do not rely on AI output as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical)
• Do not use AI features to generate or distribute malware, exploit code, or other harmful content
• Use caution when sharing personal data or secrets in prompts

API Keys and Secrets

Some projects may integrate third-party services that require API keys or credentials. You are responsible for obtaining and securely managing any secrets used by your projects.

• Do not hardcode secrets into client-side code or commit them to repositories
• Use environment variables and platform secret management where available
• Rotate keys if you suspect they may have been exposed

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform to:

• Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt other users’ projects, data, or accounts
• Bypass rate limits, quotas, or security controls
• Upload or distribute malware, phishing content, or other harmful payloads
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or non-public system details
• Use automated tools in ways that degrade service availability
• Use the Platform for unlawful activities

Payment and Fees

Some features require a paid subscription or usage-based charges. Any fees and applicable limits are disclosed before you incur charges. If payment fails or your subscription is not active, we may suspend access to paid features until the issue is resolved.

Intellectual Property

The Platform (including its design, software, and services) is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Platform except as permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

Genorbex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service during the period giving rise to the claim.
